    Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. A tracking number will be issued via email once your package has been processed in our shipping department.

    All United States Orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, please allow 3-5 business days total for delivery of your package within the US. *During Holiday Season Please Allow An Additional 2-3 Business Days.

    Warranty

    90 day limited manufacturers warranty. Warranty covers manufacturer defects, and does not cover misuse, abuse, wear and tear, or improper handling/use of the item. Watch must be purchased from an authorized TeeZee Watches reseller to be covered under the warranty; copy of receipt will be required for any warranty issues. TeeZee Watches reserves the right to review any warranty issues and determine if they fall under the warranty category. All decisions are final and are determined by TeeZee Watches.

    Return Policy

    Items may be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase, if items have not been worn, damaged, or altered. Any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer will be refused, and will not be accepted for return. Once the items have been returned to our facility and inspected, a credit will be issued for the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and the restocking fee. There is a restocking fee of $5.00 for any items returned. Customer is responsible for the freight charges back to our facility via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or other shipping service that provides a tracking number.

    *All returns require a return authorization code from TeeZeeWatches. To obtain a return authorization code, please email us at: contactus@teezeewatches.com, provide your email address, name, and invoice number and we will email you the return authorization code that must be included in your shipment package back to us, along with your full name and contact information and reason for return.
